The High-Speed Hot Lamination Cutting and Stacking Integrated Machine is suitable for the manufacturing of power battery cells using the die-cutting and stacking process.
It consists of a positive electrode sheet segment, negative electrode hot lamination unit, and stacking segment:
- The positive electrode sheet segment unwinds the electrode roll, corrects its alignment, and cuts it into sheets. After size detection and inspection for defects on both sides, non-conforming sheets (NG) are discarded, and good sheets flow into the subsequent stacking segment.
- The negative electrode hot lamination unit unwinds the electrode roll, performs defect detection on both sides, corrects alignment, cuts the electrode sheet, and hot-presses it with the separator. The separator is then cut, followed by size detection. NG sheets are discarded, and good sheets flow into the subsequent stacking segment.
- The stacking segment stacks multiple layers of positive and negative electrode sheets along with the separator on the stacking table. After hot pressing, U-shaped adhesive is applied for fixation, and a QR code adhesive tape is attached. The finished product is automatically discharged to the logistics line for the next process.
