Prismatic cell jr winding machine

This equipment is primarily used for roll-core formation. It consists of several key components, including the electrode/separator unwinding mechanism, deviation correction mechanism, tension control mechanism, winding mechanism, electrode cutting mechanism, end-tape attachment mechanism, pre-pressing mechanism, and unloading mechanism.   The positive and negative electrode sheets, along with the separator, are actively unwound, automatically corrected for deviation, and subjected to automatic tension detection and control. The electrode sheet is fed into the winding section by a gripper feeding mechanism and wound together with the separator according to the specified process requirements. After winding is completed, the system automatically switches workstations, cuts the separator, and attaches the terminal adhesive tape. The positive and negative electrodes are cut and taped, and the finished bare cells are automatically unloaded.   The roll core undergoes barcode scanning for traceability, followed by pre-pressing and Hi-Pot testing. Finally, the cells are transported to the discharge outlet via a pull belt.
