This machine is designed for the batch production process of automatic electrolyte filling and sealing of lithium-ion batteries.
The primary functions of the machine include: automatic magazine loading, automatic barcode scanning and recording of battery strips, manual input of electrolyte batch numbers, CCD positioning, SCARA four-axis robotic loading and unloading, pre-filling weighing, automatic flaring, closed-loop vacuum variable electrolyte filling, automatic residual liquid discharge, vacuum standing, vacuum sealing, post-filling weighing, NG sorting, and battery magazine unloading.
The machine adopts a glove box structure, filled with protective gas internally, and is intended for use in a standard room. The front end of the equipment automatically seals and connects with the preceding process equipment.
