Winding and Stacking Integrated Machine

This equipment attaches the positive and negative electrode sheets to the separator separately, using a winding method to achieve alternating stacking of two sets of positive and negative electrode sheets.

The typical process flow involves first cutting the positive and negative electrode sheets into individual units and using a rotating platform and lifting suction cups to attach them to the separator. Then, the electrode sheets are wrapped using the winding method to achieve alternating stacking of the two sets of positive and negative electrode sheets, offering higher speed and efficiency.
