Dry Electrode Diaphragm Calender

The dry electrode diaphragm calender consists of: First-class rolling, second-class rolling, third-class rolling... trimming and winding and control system, etc. It can be used in the production of dry electrodes for supercapacitors and lithium ion batteries in the new energy field, and can replace the current mainstream wet coating process.

The pre-fiberized mixed powder enters the first-stage rolling by the quantitative feeding mechanism and is subjected to strong shearing force, and then is further fiberized to form an initial membrane; after the second-stage rolling and the third-stage rolling, it is rolled to a dry electrode membrane with a predetermined thickness and certain toughness; after trimming and thickness measurement, the electrode membrane is coiled; and finally, the upper and lower electrode membranes are respectively compounded to the upper and lower surfaces of the current collector to form a dry electrode.
