The positive/negative electrode sheets are placed into their respective feed boxes, and the separator is introduced into the stacking platform.
The robotic arm retrieves the positive/negative electrode sheets from the corresponding feed boxes, moves them back and forth, and stacks them on the stacking platform after precise positioning.
Once the stacking is complete, the robotic arm transfers the battery cell to the tail winding and tape application station. After automatic tail winding and tape application, the finished cells are automatically sent to the collection box.
